I ate like a freaking rock star today!!! Super proud of myself! I have, however, had a bangin headache all day. Had to Zumba with it and now I'm ready for some tea and possibly the naughty 90 calorie Fiber One brownie thing I picked up as a treat.......I have a great ab routine that I'm gonna WRECK tomorrow!!! Whoop!!!!!!! BTW its me, Kris! :)
